Can you still access Skyline Dr, Corona?

I'm googling around and send like there's a gate there now and access is only for hiking and mountain biking. I want to go up to beek's place. Anyone been up there recently?

 

I believe skyline is hiking/mtn bikining only.

I’ve never been to beeks place, but I’d assume it connects to main divide road from Skyline Dr? If so, vehicles can go up Bedford Motorway or Indian Truck Trail in Corona just a few exits from Skyline

 

I think you're right, it's been a long time since I've been up there but Indian truck trail might be the ticket . And yes beek's place connects to main divide and black star

 

I couldnt really find the location of Beeks place, but I’d assume its closer to the 241/91 side?

If it is, Bedford Motorway would save you some time if I’m not mistaken. Last time I went from Bedford up to the Towers then down Indian took me about 4 hours if I recall.

 

Coordinates would help . I'm coming from eastvale so I think Bedford is closer than Indian truck trail exit if I'm coming from the north

So yea, bedford would be closer since it is off Weirick.

33.8002 , -117.5043 should be the coordinates to the entrance. Private roadway for some houses, right before a Volvo Construction Dealer

And yea! I was surprised to see they went up there, woke up this morning and saw some snow on the mountains and thought Santiago Peak would of been a cool place to check out today.

 

Bedford is the best route IMHO. Ton of fun and closer to oc. Hang a right at the top and keep going to get to beaks place. Skyline is no longer open. I'm working with the city to get access ill keep yall posted if I can.
