I want to mount a pair of Rigid Spot Dually lights on CBI brackets but I want to be able to reach out of my window and turn them if I need to. Can you do this or are they locked into a particular angle? Thanks.

No you can adjust them. Just don't crank the bolts super tight ;) I've got some 4.5" cannons and I left them a little bit loose so I can adjust if need be. So adjust the drivers side how you want while you're driving, then adjust the passenger afterwards to match.

Thanks, I like to ride around my farm and Spotlight deer and what not and I want to be able to reach out and turn the angle to shine a deer if need be. No shooting involved! Just looking :)

Well, that works, but it's a reach though.. I thought about getting one of those remote controlled marine spot lights myself for that kinda stuff. Reaching for that light is kinda a pain..
Here's a pic from out the window of mine.

I'd put a rubber washer under the light brace before turning it, otherwise you're going to start scratching the finish off of the brace/bracket.

Well, I don't wanna thread jack, but ok, I can't resist:)
Kinda in the middle of changing a few things with my setup. Don't have my 20" in bumper in this shot.

Nice man!! Thanks for the pics! For around $200 a pair, is there any light you guys would recommend other than the rigid dually spot patterns?

Well, there's the cannons I have... They are clones of the vision x cannons. Swappable lenses.. They're pretty sweet. You might be able to get a deal if you contact Chas of MRT. He was giving away free cbi ditch light brackets with them. Not sure if he still is. $224. He might even be able to get you a deal with other lights too. Just contact him and tell him what you're looking for.
Here's a thread on them with a review, output pics, and a video I took, although it doesn't do the lights justice.
