Can you take a lift kit from a 2001 4runner and put it on a 2002 Tacoma

Can someone please help I wanted to take the lift kit I have on my 2001 4runner and put it on my 2002 Tacoma but someone said it might not work because of the spring things or something like that idk

No, it will not fit. Although the front shocks may be able to work, you will not be able to swap the rear suspension components because the 3rd Generation 4Runner (1996-2002) does not have a leaf spring setup in the rear, unlike the Tacoma.
