My 2000 looked exactly like that, but bigger tires, brush guard, different tail gate, different paint. But yeah...Mostly like that...lol

Makes me miss my old one. Rough ride, but it was tough, except for that huge football field size hole rusted in the frame.

 

i did that with my tacoma and the starter took a shit that week. and smells like a dead hooker now

I had a 99' access cab tacoma. You are right in saying that the build quality is superior. That thing was a tank. Don't get me wrong, I love my 2010 DC, but the build and quality of materials of the 99' were much better. The only reason I traded it in was because it was a access cab and the kids were complaining. If they would have made a DC back then I would have bought it and would still be driving it today
