    ditto, but I believe we produce way more crude and bitumen than we can refine with our current facilities.

    Yup, we don't consume nearly as much as we produce and America buys it in the bitumen/crude stage of refining because it's cheaper then buying fully refined fuel.

    Also it's a lot less volatile to transport.

    the shell station I always use has signs that say pre-pay after dark, they never make me pre-pay though.

    Meh , it's no big deal . It was made a law after some asshole dragged a gas attendant kid to his death who was trying to stop him from stealing gas

    Regular here today was $1.299

    Within half an hour it goes from $1.290 - $1.329

    Thats quite the difference for around here. And were right by the border :confused:
