^Read the settlement agreement posted on that web site. What a load of shit! The lawyers collect $11.9 million from Toyota Canada and CTS, while vehicle owners get either the brake override ECM software flashed or a cash payment of $62.50. Since Toyota was already doing the brake override software flash, the lawsuit's net benefit to consumers is zero, while lawyers leech off $11.9 million.
