I just like that PC campaign slogan. It's the only thing their radio/tv ads say.

 

The ladies aren't going past the first elimination round if the offence doesn't start showing up.

 

Hard to argue , but hopefully the goals are coming

Seems like more "let's throw some extreme measures at the wall and see what sticks," politics. The Liberals are borrowing from the NDP playbook.

This will be an election where each party tries to galvanize support and stir up a fervor over simple ideas with little actual substance involved. That's how Alberta's last election went and I have a feeling that both the NDP and Liberals were paying attention to that. The Liberals have lost there momentum so they are showing their cards first, so to speak.

I could be wrong of course. It's just a guess. From the way the article is written about the lack of a plan on how to implement the ideas the Liberals are throwing out there it was the first thing that sprung to my mind.

Hard quotas like thar don't make any sense

 

Hiring quota's don't make sense in general. The most suitable person for the job should always be the norm.

3 provinces have held an electoral reform referendum, all 3 resulted in no change.
2 other provinces set dates for an electoral reform referendum then cancelled it.
