It's actually pretty bad how often you hear these types of slurs and rants sometimes about cabbies. Not sure why anyone thinks it's ok to do this type of crap they are just trying to make a living.

 

It sounds like this guy is a high functioning alcoholic if you believe his lawyer. Looks like his employer knew that too. This is a good case why sometimes you need to help someone help themselves before they end up drunk making racial slurs on national TV.

I work with Pepsico/Frito a lot. They have a ton of different flavors and products for each market. There's only so much stuff you can put on one shelf in one place before you aren't helping your sales anymore.

I work with Sunflowers and Potatoes so I get to taste a lot of products produced here but not sold in this region. Grossest thing I've ever tried from Pepsico/Frito was the salted caramel flavored Spitz sunflower seeds. Apparently they are pretty popular in California but I nearly barfed at that combination.

@DoorDing should try the new Poutine Ruffles chips in Canada. Those are pretty freaking good if you like the taste of gravy and cheese!

Had those yesterday. I thought they were awful!

 

Remember Hostess chips? They reminded me of those. They used to have a french fries and gravy flavor that was great.

 

I was pretty young when those were around, but I still remember them. That might have been why I was let down. Some nostalgia enhanced disappointment.
