    Damn dude, I was attending a funeral/celebration of life on Tuesday 20 minutes out of Cache Creek, then in Kamloops till Thursday; could have totally filled you in on Hwy 97 route, as I've driven and explored many of those roads for decades now during work travels. If you head back that way, Take Hwy 99 cutoff outside of Cache Creek and head south that away. Some nice camps spots along Cayoosh Creek, go for a hike into Mt Joffre area before Pemberton, check out Whistler & Squamish. I'll send you a PM with my phone#.

    Any road that their is dirt on which are a lot up there. But be careful during the week the logging trucks rip on the roads pretty quick and run it by the radio.
