    I believe between $5 - $25 per location, so if you do multiple camping trips during the year it can add up to a $100 or above pretty quickly.

    This was the scene in Nanaimo at 1000hrs yesterday. I'd say we got another 8" at my house since then. It's nice to get a taste of a proper Canadian winter.

    So they've released the outlines for the federal legislation of legal marijuana:

    1. Restricted to those 18 and older with a personal possession limit of 30 grams.
    2. There will be regulation on THC levels, higher levels will mean a very prohibitive tax.
    3. Provinces can set their own age limits, similar to alcohol.
    4. It will not be sold at liquor stores or tobacco outlets.
    5. There will be a heavy limit on advertising much like tobacco.
    6. Tax revenue will be linked to health care and education.
    7. There will still be a special medical exemption for medical marijuana around THC levels and the ability to grow your own.
    8. Medical users who are qualified as such can grow up to 4 of their own plants to a height of 1 m.
