JK. AK is like 3000kms from where I live...also it's too late for me. Already love my truck. Might put bilsteins on at some point though.

Double Cab long box with chrome rear bumper and square fog light surrounds. As much a unicorn as a TRD Sport in Quicksand or a TRD sport AC haha. You're Truck looks great though!

Not quite that simple with a brand new vehicle. Lots of additional hoops to jump through and paper work involved, add on top of that the poor exchange rate and the additional fees(importing/customs/duty....) involved and it ends up not really being worth it.

You got that right. My buddy drove like 1200kms one way for...wait for it...an 80's lebarron convertible. Wasn't even in good shape. He's just 80's obsessed and likes to lose all his money on ill-considered car buys.

I will also add, good luck getting warranty work in Canada on an Americian purchased vehicle.

Yes, they honour the warranty here in Canuck land...no problem... If you have a dealer issue Toyota WILL straighten them out right away..!!

Toyota warranty is transferable. Lots of other makes like Honda are not. Here is a link to see which ones transfer which ones don't. The bigger issue to me is the price. It's actually cheaper to buy a Canadian truck now with our weak $. Going to USA to buy one and pay import fees, duty etc would cost more.

Force the issue and they will warranty it but you will be at the back of the line and they will drag their feet on it. Canadian dealers dont like it if you buy an Americian vehicle.
