Again, Toyota Canada by their supreme wisdom, prevent me from buy an existing Toyota product, since they feel I don't need it or deserve it. Ok, lets look at other alternatives. Colorado, F150, or Wrangler. Damned Toyota Canada. I hate them. Was about to buy a RAV4 and Tacoma. Will look elswhere for both vehicule. What about a CRV and a F150??? Looks better IMO.

2015 F150s are nice, but nicely equipped trims such as Platinum or King ranch go for about $75,000 just because they are Canadian model. Even the Lariat(I think it's one below platinum) cost at least $60,000. All this before sales tax and stealership ripoff fees.
Who wants to pay $75,000 for a Ford when we know 3 years down the road, that $75,000 vehicle will be worth $35,000?

Didn't mean to discuss F150s resale value but my point is F150 is unreasonably expensive in Canada compared to the US. My other point is, Canadians getting ripped off doesn't just pertain to Toyota although I do agree Toyota Canada should abandon their shitty pricing policy all together.

I really wish we could have an integrated automobile sales network with the US, and a unified currency so we don't have to suffer from exchange fluctuations lol

So the only options for a double cab long box in Canada is the SR5 or the limited????

The way I read it, it's just the SR5 and limited with a long box, Once you "upgrade" you are just back to a short box Sport

I doubt there will be no DCLB Sport as that configuration contitutes about 75% of the Tacomas I see on the road

I think the first Sport on that list is the 5' bed MT

The DC SR5 below it and the Sport upgrades to thst would be the standard 6' bed AT

I would really like it if Toyota offered the TRD OR Access Cab 4x4 Manual here in the States....not the TRD Sport. Why only Canada?

My F150 SuperCrew XLT XTR with appearance package and package 302A only cost $41K Ford knocked a good 10K off the price for me. Just do some homework and you'll never pay MSRP at a domestic dealer. Now back to Tacoma's.

Didn't know the US doesn't get TRD OR AC 4x4 in manual.
Correct me if I'm wrong, the US doesn't get TRD Sport DCLB with leather. So called Sport premium package in Canada.
    I finally feel better lulz

For the double cab in Canada, you get short box with manual transmission, and long box with automatic transmission. Packages make no difference on what size bed you get.

I edited my post with their press release to clarify the models.

I would be happy if they would just offer the DCLB Offroad here
