    Anyone who buys this I hope realizes they would also need to purchase a new license from OVTune to be able to use the software. I think license fee is around 300$ but don't quote me.

    I thought the license authorizes the laptop to have access to the tunes in the flash manager/ p5 flash and in selling the laptop they have everything.

    Nope... it's truck ECU specific. That way you can't flash multiple trucks.
