 cant go wrong with sockmonkeys decals. I just loved the look of a "naked" truck so much I never saw myself putting anything back on.

    Matt - The OP.

I really like the look of your truck. I do NOT off road, mostly highway travel and around town, carry stuffs from Home Depot or Lowes here and there and I have '12 DCLB Sport PreRunner. I have 4 leafs instead of 3 so the question is:

Can I just get the Adjustable Bilstein 5100 for both Front and rear and GET the stance you have? I like to use the stock tires and rims for now.

    Thanks.

Thanks and good question! I do have the TSB AAL from Toyota, so I also have 4 leafs in the rear. I also have Bilstein 5100's in the front and rear, with the front shocks set at 1.75'' (which is the second clip from the top). This gives me an almost level stance, and I have about 2 inches of total lift with my leveling kit paired with my 265/75/16 KM2 tires. There may be a very small difference in lift height between my TX Pro and your TRD Sport (which has some different components), but it should give you a very similar stance to mine.

One note if you regularly haul loads in the bed: Tacoma's come factory with a little rake, as I'm sure you noticed, (front lower than the rear) to compensate for this. If you do not mind a little sagging in the rear when you do haul loads, than you will like this setup.

With stock tires and wheels, it will look similar to this: (This is my truck prior to new tires)

Thanks for your reply. I don't haul that often just here and there for families and friends so that is what I want my truck to look like.

No problem. I've come to love my stance since I've had it.

Thanks Jared! When I installed my 265/75/16 KM2's, I had slight rubbing at full lock on the little plastic pieces on the front inner fender. I took some scissors to the plastic and viola!

Okay, great! Thanks, good to know it doesn't effect it much. This has definitely been added to my list! I was thinking of putting on a leveling kit, so that may help.

Yep, I was worried when I was purchasing my tires about the rubbing but it really wasn't that bad. The leveling kit plus a little larger tires is just enough to be out of the stock form and set your truck out from the rest of the cars on the road. I got about 1.5-1.75'' lift from the leveling kit and TSB AAL plus about another 1'' from my KM2's. (obviously losing that inch between tire and fender for wheel travel)

Not yet, Demello said it's supposed to be out this week...Would another day work better? It really doesn't seem like anyone is responding to the meet thread, so I might just scrap it, and see when you could be available to help me out?

I'll be unavailable this weekend and next weekend. I'd have to see what weekend days the wife is off. She has alternating days off and every four weeks or so she gets a couple weekends in a row. And my mother in law is out of town for the month so I don't have an alternate babysitter. But if you have the bumper by mid week next week I may be able to help you out after work if the wife is off. I'm sure your anxious to get that beast on. But if demello hasnt shipped it yet, I don't think a cross-country trek on an 18 wheeler will get it here and delivered to you before mid next week. Just let me know when you get it and we can figure something out. I could probably swing Tuesday (maybe), Wednesday, or Thursday of next week.

Very exciting news! I am going to get my Satoshi in only a couple weeks, versus the 6 months or so it was going to take me. Homer has a stock grill in exchange from a customer, and he's going to build it to my specs!
