Nice bike! I ride a street triple so I've always been curious about the fz09 since they are similar.

Oil changed at 1,350. Didn't really ride at all this winter. I'm going to change it every 6 months if I don't reach the normal service interval (4,000) (which I probably won't every single time since I don't really have the time to ride too much, or when I do, I have to be carrying a lot of crap for firehouse or work so usually just drive the truck) :(

Should be able to ride to work more this season though if we ever actually reach spring/summer temperatures. We've been in the 30's-40's, calling for snow, and its the second week of April...

Next interval will be 5,350 or 10/05/18

I always change the oil at the beginning of the season, no matter what the mileage is. New filter too. I chose the beginning because I don't want the new oil sitting all winter (however long winter is)

So far I changed at 600 (07/17), then 1000 (10/17), now 1350 (04/18), so my schedule will probably end up being every April and October for changes with how many miles I put on it.

Going through riding withdrawal. We're in the middle of moving and my bike is still being stored at the old house for now. I've only been riding like once a week, if that

Gonna see if I can get it over to the new place here within the next day or two, or early next week since we're going out of town for the weekend anyway.

No, we’re staying at my fiancee’s parents house while we go through ADU...they’re graciously letting us stay for free so we should be able to save at least $6k in rent throughout the period we would have been waiting until we get our own place.

It's directly behind me when I'm sitting at my desk but I find myself thinking about riding most of the day, especially since my job is soul-sucking :bananadead:

Ticked over 2000 miles. Hurt my shifting ankle so haven't been riding at all really. Adjusted the chain though since it was slapping a little too unevenly for my liking. Seems to run smoother now.

Still a great looking bike. If you need somebody to take care of the bike while you're injured you can just ship it off to me! :D

Got PT in two days to see what I can do, ortho doc said just a sprain that will take some time. It's been almost month and a half since I injured it and pain has decreased but after that 35 mile ride on Saturday, it definitely made it pretty sore.
