    :)

It was definitely a wallet puncher, but I would rather spend a little bit more for the product that I really want. A couple hundred is nothing once you realize it will be on your truck and you'll have to look at it every day!

    Thanks Chris!

Bumper looks great Matt. I've been off the face of the earth for the last week or so, so I forgot to check in and see if you had gotten the bumper installed.

Some more pictures for those interested...

The little brown circles (chair leg cushions) behind the license plate are just a temporary solution to keep the license bracket from slamming back into the bumper...I'll come up with something more permanent soon.

Looking good man. I need to setup something for my wiring harness. I assume yours came with a cutout for it?

Thanks Matt. The trailer wiring harness? Yep, Pelfrey came with cutouts for the harness and license plate lights.

Nice! I might take a hole saw to mine to setup the wiring permanently. Still deciding if I'm going to tow a trailer on the regular.

You could also do something similar to what I did with the stock and relocate it behind the bumper with some angle iron or something.

Good call. It would need to be behind the bumper though otherwise that shit would get ripped off.

Yeah, that's the one i was thinking of and it would be a liability. I'll probably just punch a hole through.

Definitely...I think through the bumper would be the best way to do it.

Don't forget, we had to modify the harness plastic clips for it to fit due to the thickness of the plate used.

Yep...a little bit of plastic trimming got the job done. A little larger hole would've worked too but I think it's better to be a little more snug.

Didn't do anything with the truck today, but I did wash, clay, wax, soft top detail, and interior detail my girlfriend's very neglected Heep.

I don't think it has ever been clayed or waxed...paint is in pretty bad shape, but I got it looking pretty good I think.
