Cannot get tranny in check mode - 2013

I went through the whole sequence 3 times. After 6th cycle temp light does not come on for 2 seconds. If I do enough cycles light will stay on solid. I wonder if that means it is at correct temp.

Tried it again. Light stays on in neutral and park. Goes off when in any gear. Looks like I may be stuck with going to dealer. They will want truck for a day. What an inconvenience.

Found the thread on checking level. Looks like others have same problem on model years from 2006 - 2015. I am going to try the N-D-4 sequence.
