Hey guys, I'm having trouble deciding. Amp under the seat where heaters are or in back storage compartment behind seat. Worried about it over heating in both places. Any advice would be great!!!!! Thank you!

Rear storage compartments would be more ideal. Also depends on what amp you buy. Most quality amps in the current consumer level market will not have a problem with overheating in either location. Of course, whenever you run your floor heater vents, you'll increase the risk of overheating, should you decide to put it under the seat.
