I've narrowed it down to what exhaust I want to put on my truck to flowmaster 44 or a magnaflow? What do you guys think? I'm just gonna cut my stock out and weld the new one on... I'm not looking for anything raspy or ricer sounding... Give me some feed back ...

I have the Flowmaster 50 series dual exhaust system and I love it!! Not to loud but not to quite. I believe the 44 series is a bit louder then the 50 series. Either way, I think you will be good to go!;)

Thanks for the feedback... Reason why I'm asking is becuase I can get the magnaflow for free but have to pay for the flowmaster... I really like free but I don't wanna regret it if it's ricey or raspy.. Has anyone welded a magnaflow ?? How does that sound?

There is a bunch of guys on here that run with Magnaflows and I never heard of any issues with them. Hey I mean if its free, just get it and put it on. Maybe just bolt it on at first to see if you like it and if not, then just get the flowmaster. Makes sense.

I've had a Magnaflow on my truck for 2 years and it still looks as good as new. Sounds great and I get a lot of compliments on it.

Personally I prefer the mag... exhaust notes are a completely personal thing though. I've yet to hear a flowmaster I actually like.
