I have a '16 TRD SPORT Taco with the Entune Audio system.
    All stock.
It basically works fine but one problem is that
once a radio station is programed to the
list of preprogamed stations, I can't delete them.
I accidentally put 1 station in twice, to 2 different spots.
    Now I can't delete them.
So you also cannot reorder the list of stations.
The dealer couldn't do it either.
They suggested having them delete all stations and reenter them.
    You gotta be kidding!
Go to the dealer just to change your radio station buttons!!
    :annoyed:

The owners manual shows deleting it but it doesn't work as described.
    Anyone else notice this?

I haven't tried to straight up delete but can you not just program a different station over the one duplicate?

    1. you can over write a station with another freq.
    2. use 87.9 freq since no one uses that
    3. disconnect the battery to remove all settings on the head unit

    Yes that all works but
it's not how the owner's manual describes it and
the guy at the dealer didn't know it.
And if you have programmed in extra channels or duplicates,
you can rearrange them but then have extras at the bottom of the list which is no big deal.
    Thanks.

Really lame ... I'm generally a happy 3rd gen owner but the complexity of setting radio presets has been driving me nuts for a year. Interesting timing to see this thread, as I just read that Ford is offering over-the-air updates to their Sync system to enable Android or Apple CarPlay. Toyota, are you listening?? Untune or at least detune Entune, and let us switch to using our phones.

Not sure if 14 has same radio but I had the same problem
    Dealer couldn't fix mine either
Now I have a bunch of stations after the ones I use

I had the same problem in my taco...to many duplicates!! then i went into the settings and noticed i can lower the amount of stations to 12 or 18 I think instead of the 32 or however many there is set up from stock. i rearranged the stations in numerical order, IDK my OCD maybe kicked in at that point. kind of cleaned it up, for now.

Sure, one can do that. But when I've traveled and want to quickly program a few new stations, then reprogram those spots with local stations when I get home, it's really a big hassle.

Well then, on your travels, whenever you find another station then just overwrite any existing ones you may listen to less.
