Can't enter the year in maintenance apps

16 Tacoma Off Road

I'm unable to enter any year in multiple "Maintenance" events. Eg, I've tried "Oil Filter," "Oil Change," "Personal," Wiper blades", etc. I didn't try all the events, but all I tried failed in same manner--when I entered the last digit of the year, all the digits I'd entered were erased.

I'm also having the problem "Uninitiated trip meters reset" that's supposedly corrected by T-SB-0148-16. Could that TSB correct above problem?
