Noise doesn't sound like it's coming from rear of truck like everyone keeps saying it's the rear diff howl.
It sounds like it's coming from the front driver side.
Sounds worst going downhill cruising and turning.

Not really grinding noise but I can feel some minor vibrations constantly.

Happens mostly at 50-60mph. Lifted front and rear 2.5".

I've had driveline vibrations at 9mph while accelerating ever since I put on DAKAR HD pack. I have 3* shims and carrier bearing drop with no success. Might take off both adjustments and see if vibes go away. I put the shims on when I put the leaf pack in as a precaution but it sounds like the leaf packs lready come with the center pin hole slightly adjusted for the drive shaft re-correction angle.
Not sure if possibly a bad pinion bearing due to the driveline vibes??

    TRD Sport short bed 4wd.

How are the pads and rotors looking? Caliper possibly sticking?

Been holding off on that mostly because my symptoms didn't quite match the description of every one else's but might be looking into that very soon.

When I jack up the front and spin the wheels they seem to rotate fine.

My truck is still well under warranty so the dealer will be the first option.

Appreciate that. Wish it drove as nice as it looks though. Haha.

Whatever it is, its rotational, correct... think of everything that's involved in rotation. Maybe a wheel bearing starting to go out. Since is doing under load while turning.

That's what I keep thinking and leaning towards but I just don't get how a wheel bearing can go out on a truck with only 20k miles on it and rims that are 0 offset which seems even better on the hubs than stock configuration?! :annoyed:

I haven't seen anyone with a negative review of the bushing swap so I might just do it and get it over with.

These 3rd gens are very temperamental with any change. I just got my truck fixed in the front... no more squeaks or chunks.

And now the OCD kicks in because I hear all similar noises every where I go! The AC in the building I'm in right now makes a howling noise. Haha

Fixed the rack and pinion (new one), changed pads and rotors, and put in new shocks.

I haven't notice this with my ac... although it has broken twice. Just had it in for the blower recall.... hopefully it won't happen again.
