Too easy. Do you have the factory roof racks installed? I suspect yes. Take some swim noodles and cut them too size to fit over the rails. Zip tie them in place and go for a ride to see if the noise is gone. PM me on how I can collect the $50.

Good way to explode a tire. They should not be run up to speed with no weight on them

Sounds like you have done all the right things to eliminate potential sources. Check and torque every fastener associated with the drive train and suspension. Leaf u bolts, carrier bolts, cross member bolts, etc. There is a torque thread here on TW. Are you getting any unusual tire wear?

Just throwing this out there, but aggressive tires can just straight up cause vibrations. I had none on stock tires and then switched to some mud terrains and my passenger seat looks like there was an earthquake going on when I got above 65MPH. Now? Everything I have probably causes vibrations, bad aerodynamics/aggressive tires/aftermarket suspension/curvature of the earth/lack of 50$/vegans complaining/bad wheel bearing/soon to be solid motor mounts/etc etc etc

I know this sounds tupid but check your tailgate. My brother had a ford that would get a vibration so bad it felt like it was going to just make the truck fall apart, one day we had gotten some gravel and after we were done we left the tailgate down and drove it up the road to take it to the car wash and there was no vibration. So to check it, we put it back up, and drove back down the road, it was back, put it down drove back up the road and it was gone. Looked closely and one side was bent about a quarter of an inch out, and i guess that was enough to cause the wind aerodynamics to go crazy. Only done it at certain speeds as well. Best of luck to you!!!!

I'd check the calipers again...for sticking.
    New or not.

I will have a look at it, and going to try tapping the brakes while it vibrates see if it changes anything.

Tapping the brakes at highway speeds will also turn your torque converter clutch off for a brief moment . If the vibe goes away when you manipulate the brake switch you have an engine misfire or your converter clutch is chattering .
If your vibration is as violent as you describe at 110 -120 kph and you have narrowed it down to a vibration that is faster than wheel speed , there is only the driveshaft that spins faster than your wheels .
With this said , I am leaning toward a drive-line issue or drive line shimmy

I will be testing that on the highway as soon as I have the chance. Definitely faster then a tire vibration. It pretty much can't be the rear drive shaft though, because I had it off and went for a test drive in 4HI and the vibration was the exact same.

Im am going to jack the 4 wheels off the ground and ride it in 4HI to 120km/h or so and see if it vibrates.
