2012 Mag Grey DCSB V6 4x4 AT Sport

I just ordered a 2012 double cab V6 with the sport package and a manual transmission. The dealer is being told Entune cannot be put on a truck like this with a manual transmission. Has anyone else run into this yet?

I am kinda bummed but I guess the aftermarket stuff is pretty good now, so I may just have to upgrade fast
