Can't get in 4 LO

    So I've been trying all day to get in 4LO. Just as the manual says. Shifting in N then putting it in 4LO, I've tried it in Park, I've tried it before I turn the car on. All I get is the the green 4WD light on and the 4LO blinking and beeping. Any suggestions?
