    The OP has to keep in mind that under no circumstance should he lick the dry ice, touch the dry ice bare handed, or have any direct physical contact with the dry ice. Otherwise he will have a gay unicorn and an Tacoma owner both stuck on the back of his truck.

    Mix acetone and dry ice. Should get down to -78°C. Pour solution over tailgate. See what happens

    something tells me getting the sheet metal down to -78 will have adverse effects.
