If you have one a review would be great or if you just want to vote off looks that's fine too.

I have a Blue Ridge...bought it several years ago for use in my old patrol car from my cop days...it held up to several years of abuse in a police car and did great

Is there some sort of metal or hard plastic framing on the inside. I guess my worry is it being just fabric.

I wouldn't worry though, it has held up quite well to my reorganizing pouches, and moving it from seat to truck and back repeatedly

Do they have versions of these that wouldn't make me look like Rambo?

I like the idea of a nice organized kit like that. I don't want to look like a rolling armory.

Maybe, but you might want to look at these as well. This is what my brother is doing in his van.

Yep. They sell several sizes and ones that can attach to the seatback with webbing as well.
