can't pass emissions scam

    hey 1999 bros and sisters, my 99 runs great. came from the country to the city and my old girl won't pass the emssions scam. i had disconnected the after market radio thinking that may be interferring with the "not ready" problem. witch didnt work so i hooked it back up so i'm started over with the constant "drive it" directive. i keep hearing. i've got 165 highway miles on it, witch i've been told should be plenty and the computer still shows "no ready". anyone out there ever have this problem?
