Automatic worked great, more pep than my friend’s 3rd gen auto. More gears probably help, more time in power band.

Ahhh Thank you. That clears it up for me.

It was similar on 3G models. Their decision making is super strange when it comes to which models/trims are available in Canada.

One example, I had to get a premium and tech package if I wanted DC and MT. Sport with premium and tech package was cheaper then pro so that’s what I bought.

Very nice truck, but I would reconsider getting the BFG AT KO2, LT285/75R17. You will have major rubbing issues with that size.

I meant to say 285/70R17, those fit perfect on stock wheels, no rubbing according to a few videos on Youtube. You are right, 75s would rub.

The 285/70/17 is an almost 33" tire. While they might fit on the wheels, I think you will have rubbing issues on stock suspension without cutting. Keep in mind I don't have experience with the 4th gen, but this holds true for 2nd and 3rd gens.

I knew that was the way in the US, right now. But Canadian trucks sometimes have different configurations. Manuals and long beds tend to be a lot more common Beyond the Wall. Wonder if that'll vary as production ramps up.
