    Cant wait to do a line of whatever drug people are on who rave about the DT header being amazing on a 2.7 I4. Its somewhat noticeable at best. The way people are talking about it, you would think it adds 10-15 whp. I would guess 3-4 whp at certain rpms. It pulls a little better when you rev the guts out of the thing but really, I have NEVER needed to rev the thing that high to begin with.
    All in all, if you want to dump 400-500 bones on something, I wouldnt suggest it. Go buy a URD shifter and keep the rest of the cash

    65 if Im lucky. Im on vacation this week, and coming off a stretch of 95-100 days worked in 105 days I dont know what to do with the free time

    but in all seriousness, I wish someone else would have made this thread for me to read so I didnt spend the amount of time/money on an exhaust header that to be honest, did nothing really. Nothing against the brand DT or LC but I personally dont see you squeezing much out of these motors

    Is this the first time you've ever installed headers on something?

    I've never had a car that didn't have headers, but never once did I put a set on and jizz my pants in happiness from the power they created. Also if you've done nothing to the exhaust system and its stock, headers are pretty much worthless.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    The best header for the 2.7 is the North West Off Road Try-Y header. All the other "long tubes" drop low end HP for a few HP at the top.

    also have a dt catback. and no but you should at least be able to feel a little pull with one on. This is nothing until about redline. Worst I have had. When I installed them on my 5.3 chev it was noticeable instantly. Much larger engine but was happy with it
