    Yep. I've been out the last 2 weekends doing stuff with friends. Not this weekend. Got some wood for the firepit and some cold Fireball in the fridge. Tonight will be good.

    do you even youtube brah? I just cut out the back straps and loins, and chunk up the hams and run em thru the meat grinder and leave the shoulder whole and either smoke em or crock pot em. if you can get the silver skin off everything and you have a decent knife you can butcher one pretty easy

    I'm sure I could do it, but don't have the room to butcher, no grinder either. Also no where to hang the deer at my house without a neighbor bitching, could hang where I hunt, but coyotes.

    I wish it was cool enough here for that, but its pretty rare for us not to get into the 50's 2 days in a row. I'm usually hang it for an hour or so and quarter it up and throw it in a cooler with the plug out in the back of my truck for 4 or 5 days.
