    Cool, me, chillin'. Getting ready to clean up a mess I have here in my office and assemble a new lateral file cabinet. Debating on if I should make a bread pudding or not. I have some leftover bread. I shouldn't eat bread at all. I just hate waste.

    Well, in my case, it will be Smart Balance, Liquid egg white, and Truvia, fresh whole bean vanilla and fresh ground nutmeg. But instead of raisins I will use dehydrated goji berries, and fresh chopped pecans and walnuts.

    I may have to try to come up with a healthy rum sauce though. Real rum!
