When it gets cold and dry in the winter the door seals on my 15 squeak and make noise. Silicon lube will quiet them down for a day or two and then it comes back

 

The access cab I used to have was even worse because of those suicide doors

 

I have the squeaky clutch. Toyota couldn’t duplicate it when I brought it in, it did it on the way home. I’ve been ignoring it since I’ve owned the truck, it’s character.

If it bugs you try a different dealer. I got mine replaced per the tsb (upgraded clutch pedal assembly). The dealer said they didnt hear anything but they did the TSB anyway because they were aware of the problem

 

Mine’s a 2010, I guess I should check. They did give me new headlights, my DTRL were melting.

 

I still need to take it in for the leaf spring replacement. I’ll ask them about the clutch then.

 

Dang you haven't done the leaf spring upgrade yet? You have a ton of shit in the back of your truck, it'll drive way better with the new leaf pack

 

They did my headlights also. With the wrong damn set not the tsb ones with the glass lenses. Mine melted again and they wouldn’t do shit about it cause they replaced them already.

Oooooooh, don’t get me started on that one. I’ve had better customer service leavin’ without payin’ places then that. The lies were so outrageous I finally just hung up.
