    Family wanted to go to Walmart this AM to look at clearance Christmas stuff. Seeing my opportunity I said sure. They went to the Christmas stuff, I went to the alcohol. Picked up a Kahlua gift set that came with the supplies for White Russians and then a bottle of whiskey. The holidays are saved, I have alcohol now.

    Brazoria County is semi dry as well, yet the county seat has a liquor store like a mile from the county courthouse. What kinda bullshit is that? Luckily Alvin is right near the county line so it's only 10 or 15 minute drive from my house to Galveston County and the liquor stores are right by the county line haha

    We are up in MO across the border visiting family. It's like another world up here. Liquor can be sold at gas stations, Walmart, wherever. It's weird but I like it.

    No idea, Smith County is so dumb, we only went semi wet like 2 or 3 years ago and I thought the county was going to burn down. It was insane and how many people bitched... but those same people are the ones going to go buy some beer and wine for their dinner parties...

    Texas is weird. It was so odd having places in the DFW area that were dry and then the next place over was wet. Make up your minds Texas. I don't get why those laws still exist. And even then they just promote drunk driving by any severe alcoholics who have to drive farther to get it.
