Years ago when I was still framing (1996ish) they had just came out with that shitty 3/4 OSB T&G plywood or at least it was the first I'd seen it, Well anyway we were framing a 2 story nursing home during the summer/rainy season & that shit swelled. By the time you got to the end of the building it was 2" out of plumb. That was not a fun fix!
