I've got a 887 Nitro Mag that's nice. Completely covered in whatever the plastic shit is they cover it in. Works well for a goose gun shooting 3.5's.

Then there's the Benelli M1 Super90 though. Love that bitch. Doesn't give a shit if you clean her or decide to give her a random dunk when you slip with waders on getting out of the boat. Pick her up off the bottom, shake her off and go back to working.

Except for that step child Nova they put out. Idk what they were thinking with that. The old M3 that was convertible between pump and auto was a sweet damn gun. I wish I would have gotten one when they were making them.

Any shotgun can go bang. I'm talking competition. I started shooting competitively in 1995. If you shoot 3gun there are penalties for everything. 2 penalties can put you completely out of the competition. One malfunction and it's over. For 3 gun you need a modified shotgun. You can't load a off the shelf gun fast. The main modification is the loading port has to be opened up. You need oversized safety, oversized bolt release, follower and oversized bolt handle. The M-2 is probably the easiest to modify. If you've never seen 3gun here's a video.

Oh yeah. Benelli's never break. I've had mine 21 years. Never a single issue at all. Never replaced anything on it.

 

Friend of mine had a Supersport from the custom shop. It was carbon fiber. Cost him $2k. That fucker was nice as shit! Shot like a dream. He used to take it duck hunting with us. Lmao.
