    I'm thinking of going to a coil over setup. I like the OME but I've got 106,xxx miles on it. Nothings leaking just doing some research for that time. I just don't know what I want. I do know I want to keep a full 3" lift though. Also my front end is sagging from the plate bumper. Needs some 886's on it.

    ADS come with Eibach 650# coils which I think are about the same as the 886's.

    How long do they usually go between rebuilds? I know you can't be exact and will differ some due to use but just an idea.

    I know only a little bit of the differences between King and Fox (progressive valving), ICON (digressive valving), and ADS (progressive and digressive) and what that means to the ride and how you use them. I know there are a lot of other much smarter folks on here who can explain the difference (jberry813 for one).
