WSM, I bought one about a month ago and used it for a pork shoulder, brisket, rib and chicken so far. Works great, but it is pretty much a smoker only, if you want an actual grill, you'll need like a Weber kettle. But you can also use a weber kettle with a charcoal box as a smoker.

3/0/0, you will be much happier with these settings. Like others have said, get 0/0, and as close to 3 as possible with what's left on the adjustments. Note that camber and caster are related as far as the ability to adjust, you can't just set one, then set the other, they are adjusted together.

Fucking great... Went to a nice quiet little restaurant near the house primarily for the quiet aspect.

They just installed a new PA system, hired a DJ, and decided Mondays would be hip hop night

Jesus Christ so I did the stupid class this morning, then went on a 3 mile hike, then walked from my house to lazy dog +1 mile, got tipsy, dropped jay off some smokes on my way back, picked up more beer +1mile I think I'm going to lay in my tub with the cold water on. It's fucking hot.

So apparently Dallas lost its fucking mind today and 4 people are dead. One was an honor student killed by a cop. One was killed by a shooter in a house and when they located the shooter they were already dead (possible suicide) along with another body close by. Wtf Dallas. And of course Austin had a crazy stabber running around. The heat is getting to people early this year.
