    I think I'll go ride my bike instead.

    I really need to go shoot a bear this weekend. Season ends in a couple days and I've been seriously slacking. The snowpack kept them in their dens late this year. I've only seen one so far. It was just a lil guy.

    Made the day @ Perryville Civil War battlefield in Kentucky. It was the high watermark for the Confederate Army. Rebs technically won the battle but could not consolidate forces and hold their ground. Had to withdrawl before the second day. They were out of ammo and Federal troops had 40,000 fresh soldiers just miles away. Confederates never reached their objective....Union supply base at nearby Louisville Ky. We were able to drive on a gravel road through where the worst of the fighting took place. It was a solemn eerie feeling.
