    Oh no, we made a special email address and custom physical mailing address just for the HOA. When I pass the gavel, the new prez gets to make a new email password and mailbox keys. It gets the bills for the landscapers, the tax notices, and real estate paperwork (sales transfers).

    No way I want my personal email or home address associated with that crap.
