    It is indeed. In our neighborhood everyone is usually pretty respectful but every now and then we have an issue. The fireworks they generally are respectful enough to stop at like 9-10 the weekends leading up to holidays and then the actual holidays usually they stop at midnight or so. The drinking and partying continues but that we have an unspoken agreement on. I don't complain about their parties and they don't complain about my loud ass car at all hours of the night.
