I don't have to go in to work until 3pm, finishing up a job and meeting with the clients. My arm is messed up af, it's going to be a light work week.

Too much physical work.
I ripped the tendons at my elbow.

 

Seriously!!!! That sounds like it should require surgery

 

The prescription is don't use your arm for a while, anti-inflammatory meds (ibuprofen), and pain killers (no thanks, hate those).
