Stonewall is the fattest 5 lug slug ever
It's amazing how little they taught in school. I'm glad that my dad got me into history at a young age. Fenwick used to school teachers back in the day.
Teach: What was the bloodiest battle of the Civil War?
8 year old Fenwick: *Raises hand* Trick question. The single bloodiest day was Sharpsburg/Antietam, but the bloodiest battle was Gettysburg, July 1-3, 1863.

In 5th Grade on a field trip to Lee Hall Mansion:
Tour Guide: Does anyone know what happened here on the peninsula during the Civil War?
10 year old Fenwick: McClellan dawdled here in 62, thinking that he was vastly outnumbered by his opponent thanks to erroneous intelligence from Allen Pinkerton and his own overly cautious nature. In truth, confederates were heavily outnumbered, and John Bankhead Magruder actually marched a section of his small force through the trees in a circle over and over to make it appear that massive amounts of reinforcements were arriving.
Went on to describe rest of peninsular campaign.

I can go on and on, because it's my favorite thing in the world besides Stonewall, so I'll shut up now

    * Most casualties per number of combatants, Perryville Ky, October 8th of 1862.

Also the second bloodiest battle of all western theater battles.

Perryville battlefield is about 30 miles from my house. I go there quite often. Confederates won the battle, but could not consolidate their positions and retreated the next day. Had they held, they were less than 2 days march from Louisville, where a large Union munitions dump was located, as well as control of commerce on the Ohio River. Had the Confederates taken Louisville, the war would have had a much different outcome. Some historians consider Perryville a pivotal moment in the Civil War.

Why is the header pic a link to a sold truck thread that was listed 2 years ago?

    I was a touch confused.

Don't wanna lose all the important BS by starting another build thread for a different truck
