Bought a pair of power recliner sofas yesterday, so now we have two individual power recliners and a separate sofa to post on Craigslist.

Hope they sell quick - this place is gonna end up pretty crowded soon!

 

Less work for the Roomba Vac. to do

 

I’ve got a bid in 3 hours, I’m almost done typing out my guesses. It’s to install 1/2 sound board and then pine v-groove on a ceiling. They want me to use screws on the v-groove, it’s a sound studio. I’m basically bidding doing a deck on a ceiling. I’m bidding it as cost plus, or a high af straight bid.

 

Duct tape it and run lol

 

Proving the fact that "one man's floor is another man's ceiling". No insulation between? Most studios are heavily insulated.

 

I built it, it’s foam insulation and 5/8 sheet rock. The sound board is to stop the v-groove from resonating, I think. They have an audio designer calling the shots. The walls will be next, they already have sound board behind the SR, I’ll be adding more. The walls and ceilings are all at angels, no parallel surfaces.

 

Makes Sense. At least you're not repairing someone else's work but that ceiling. Ahhhg!. Make sure you're listening to Blondie "parallel lines" if you get the contract.

 

I need to add a bottle of ibuprofen to the bid.
