    Take a trip to Kentucky and find out just how wrong you are about that assumption. Many many Mexican restaurants here. Louisville has a huge Mexican population. I live in a small town of less than 8000. 5 Mexican restaurants here alone. Louisville is flooded with 'em.

    I've spent time in Texas....How much time you spent in Kentucky?
