Dont think so . It mostly sits now I havent worked in almost a year now . You could say I am semi retired now . Dang doctors . Any way I probably only fill up twice a month even if I dont need it .

 

Getting a diagnosis on Wednesday.

 

Yea , I popped open air cleaner and all looks good there . Dont see anything else loose or suspect . Maybe the TB and MAF need cleaning .

 

There’s probably hundreds of them in the mud, framing nails from construction. I use galvanized ring shanks for everything, except concrete forms, mine aren’t rusty. I need to sweep the site with a magnet.

 

You can try using some electrical cleaner on the MAF and see if that helps. Write up on here somewhere. Basically take it off and spray it down on the wires inside that read the air flow. Let it dry and reinstall.

 

May try giving it just a little gas at the times it does it to see if it stays running.

 

This could be a injector problem try putting some seafoam in the gas and she if she starts purring could be bad gas.

Check all vacuum lines since it mostly just sits and isn't driven. Possibly bad fuel too.
Most times, it's the easiest and cheapest overlooked thing.

 

Put about can and a half (20oz)Seafoam into a quarter tank yesterday drove 5 miles filled it up with gas came home . Drove about 12 miles yesterday and 8 today . Not far . It still stalling today .

 

Put it in park. Stand on the gas. Or have someone else do it.
Observe what comes out the tail pipe.

Obviously don't bounce off the rev limiter. Couldn't tell you how many times a vehicle, I don't personally own, can drive a bit better from burning all the pussy footing deposits off. Not that you drive like that , but sitting is the worst thing for a vehicle.

I know about a week before this happened I had it up to 80 mph passing some one ,so ......... .

 

I made it out of Home Depot without killing anyone, I impressed myself. :-/
