    That's the fix then. Just spray some silicone onto a rag/paper towel and wipe the seals real good. Almost a wet shine. Should last a good while.

    I fixed the kazoo (hated this noise with a passion for 2 yrs) by cutting a slit in the gasket and sliding in some .25" plastic tubing.

    Never made a peep after that! ​

    I planned on switching out my lenses anyway because they have tiny internal cracks everywhere, but the LED route sounds good as well!

    That reminds me - I still need to do this mod before driving up to Missouri. Definitely plan on driving faster than 65.

    I've read that this works and doesn't work. Many options out there to "fix" it. Seems that lubricating the seals works the best, just repetitive. Makes em last a while longer that way, I think.
