    @medic2230 When you have a minute, please swing by check my pulse. I do believe I've died and gone to heaven. Called Spectrum National Accounts for a modem speed upgrade. The call took less than 10 minutes, ended with a successful upgrade done as we talked, got ALL the answers I needed, and had a pleasant conversation with the woman on the other end.

    This is in no way reality as I understand it....o_O:rolleyes:
