    I don't even answer the door anymore unless I recognize who it is. My indifferent attitude and "not interested" look of detest just doesn't seem to do it anymore. Although I do get some sense of satisfaction seeing them look around since the garage door is open, and it looks like several people are home,,, and no one will answer the door, then they have to walk off.

    But, I'm also the one who takes the cards and hand bills that get put on my house to note who they are, just to ensure that I don't do any business with places that litter on my property.

    My township requires a solicitation permit. I’ll answer the door with video rolling, and ask to see their permit. When they say no, I let them know I’m forwarding the video to the township along with whatever propaganda they handed me.

    Had a church group knock when I wasn’t home. Wife said they went to the back door, and started saying we know you are in there. I told her to call the cops.

    Went to bed at 8pm last night. Just woke up 6:30am. Feel rested for the first time in a while. Going in to work at 10am. Home by 3pm, then back by 7:30 pm....until 11pm (for fireworks display.

    Going back in tomorrow around 9am. Home at 2pm. Crazy schedule...
