    Scrubbed the crap out of ye ole truck this afternoon. Spent 3 hours on it. Had a bunch of tree sap on it. Found a few new rock chips, one in my head lights.

    Did an oil change and full detail on wifes Tacoma just so she would not complain when I did my first cosmetic blend on my new caddy. Haha.

    Removed engine cover cuz that caddy one is an eye sore. Now you can see the Covette zo6 LS6 motor in all its glory! Eventually get some vette motor covers.

    Actually it really kinda hides the dirt pretty well. But that 3m shit Toyota puts on them to protect from rock chips collects more crap and turns black underneath it. I can't wait to yank mine off and Budd the hell out of it.

    Yeah mine has it around the corners of the cab only. Others are ok, my TRD sport stickers are looking a little worse for the weather too.

    I'm really disappointed with the way the white paint has held up. I doubt I'll buy another white one because of that. Both the tacoma and the runner are white and both looking bad. I'm going to have to probably compound then polish it to get it back in shape. No more without a real clear coat on them for me.

    Sorry to hear that. Yeah my hope down the road is to line x everything outside once it starts looking bad enough paint wise on my truck. Id hate to have to do that on the Runner though.

    It's a single stage paint on the solid colors. The metallics all have a separate clear coat sprayed on them. My 2000 with the metallic looked new in 2012 when I traded it in and I bought it new also.
